49ers In 9th Place After One Round
Josefine Lindbergh Tied For 19th

STANFORD, CA-- The No. 23-ranked Long Beach State women's golf team is in ninth place after one round of the Peg Barnard California Collegiate at the Stanford Golf Course. Long Beach shot a 310 in the opening round and trail first place USC by 12 shots. San Jose State, Ohio State and California are tied for second at 299.
Individually, Josefine Lindbergh is tied for 19th place after shooting a five over 76. Kay Hoey is tied for 27th with a 77 and Beth Holtermann is tied for 34th with a 78.
