The 49ers have won a season-high five straight matches Alexis Crimes led the 49ers with 13 kills, while Quincy Verdin and Mariko Crum both checked in with nine to lead the way for LBSU in the kill department. LBSU held a 29-23 advantage after a Crum kill, and appeared to have the game secured after another Crum kill, but was negated after a lift call was made. LB responded two plays later for the game victory after a Fullerton service error. LB led by as many as six points, and put away the Titans 30-24 in the third set to earn a sweep.
