49ers Own Top Recruiting Class December 20, 2005
LONG BEACH, CA– The January, 2006 issue of Volleyball Magazine lists its picks of the Top 10 Men's College Recruiting Classes and the 2006 class of Long Beach State is ranked No. 1 in the nation. Head Coach Alan Knipe brought in eight true freshmen and one junior in the class.
"I'm think it's a solid, well-rounded group that covers a lot of positions for us", said Knipe. "This is a group of players who love to train and I look forward to seeing them develop and mature."
