CSTV, Big West Announce Partnership
College Sports Television Signs Long-Term Deal with Big West

NEW YORK, NY-- In what has been an exciting week for CSTV Networks, the nation's leading digital sports media company being purchased by media giant CBS (VIA and VIA.B), CSTV announced today that it has signed a long-term partnership with the Big West Conference. The multi-layered agreement includes CSTV's acquisition of video-streaming and marketing rights for the nine-team conference.

CSTV and the Big West officially kicked off their partnership last week, as CSTV provided live video streaming coverage of the 2005 Big West Basketball Media Day. Fans can view the archived event content at www.BigWest.org, which includes interviews with all of the men's and women's basketball coaches, along with a selected player from each school. CSTV will stream additional men's and women's basketball games this season via broadband, while increasing the total online Big West content in the future to include women's volleyball, men's and women's soccer, baseball and softball games.

"Through this new partnership, CSTV will bring fans closer than ever to the accomplished athletes and highly competitive teams of the Big West," said Chris Bevilacqua, President of CSTV Networks. "In addition, CSTV will further extend its reach and network to the west coast and Big West alumni across the country."

The Big West Conference is a California-based NCAA Division I member including the following institutions: Cal Poly; CS Fullerton; CS Northridge; Long Beach State University; UC Irvine; UC Riverside; UC Santa Barbara; and University of
the Pacific. UC Davis becomes a Big West Conference member on July 1, 2007.
