Miramontes Signs With Beach

LONG BEACH, CA-- As the current team is preparing to win the National Championship, the No. 1-ranked Long Beach State women's volleyball program announced today that Robin Miramontes, from Upland, CA, has signed a National Letter of Intent.

Miramontes is a three-sport athlete who earned all-league honors as an opposite in volleyball and as a sprinter in track. Miramontes stands at 6-1 and has a 3.75 GPA. She also played for Long Beach State head coach Brian Gimmillaro's Cal Juniors Club Team, which is one of the premier club teams in the nation.
