Yailin Sahagun rejoined Long Beach State Athletics in 2026 as an Assistant Director of Facilities, Operations and Event Management, where she assists and guides logistical operations for all Division I sporting events at Long Beach State. Sahagun has worked in event management roles at both UCLA as well as at Long Beach State, where she previously worked during the 2024-25 season.

Sahagun also previously worked with the Los Angeles Rams as a gameday ambassador as well as helping oversee recreation programs at the Norwalk Arts and Sports Complex for the last four years. Sahagun is a 2025 graduate of Long Beach State and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.
