Raul Pacheco serves as the Staff Equity and Inclusion Advisor for the Division of Administration and Finance at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). Appointed in early 2023, Raul plays a pivotal role in promoting equitable hiring and retention practices across the campus. He provides guidance on incorporating equity and diversity in management and staff hiring, develops equity-related training materials, and collaborates with university leadership on equity issues. As an Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee (ADID), Raul aims to foster an environment where all coaches, student athletes, and staff feel welcomed valued.
