Paige Mackowiak serves as the Assistant AD, HR Services for Long Beach State Athletics, bringing over a decade of progressive experience in human resources and administrative operations. Since joining the department in 2018, Paige’s leadership continues to drive innovation and excellence within Long Beach State Athletics, helping to advance the department’s mission.
A proud alumna of Fredonia State University, where she earned her B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Coaching, Paige combines her background in athletics with a strong foundation in human resources. Her collaborative approach and dedication to employee well-being have earned her campus-wide recognition, including the "Best at the Beach" award and Employee of the Month honors.
