Jace Pardon serves as the Assistant Director of Special Events for Development at Long Beach State Athletics. In this role, she leads the planning and execution of signature events, working closely with all 19 athletics programs to advance fundraising efforts and strengthen alumni engagement.
Jace brings a deep background in event planning and relationship management, shaped by her experience managing more than 300 events at Utah State University and her work as a Special Events Coordinator in the entertainment industry. She also worked previously in Events and Operations for AVPFirst. Jace brings a passion for sports and a dedication to creating meaningful, community-driven experiences.
A former student-athlete and professional beach volleyball player on the AVP Tour, Jace was an AVP Champion and a Pan American Games gold medalist. She was also a three-time All-American at Florida State University, where she earned both a Master’s in Sports Management and a Bachelor’s in International Relations. Jace is committed to building meaningful connections and delivering memorable events that unite the Long Beach State community.
