Ashley Arroyo

Ashley Arroyo joined the Long Beach State Women’s Basketball Staff in 2025, hired as the Director of Basketball Operations. In that role, Arroyo is responsible for assisting with multiple areas of the team, including logistics, video operations, academic support assistance and serving various needs of the coaching staff.
Arroyo played women’s basketball at the University of Bridgeport, graduating in 2020 before moving to USC where she earned a Master’s Degree in Postsecondary Education and Student Affairs.
Continuing to work in college athletics, Arroyo worked in student-athlete academic support at both Sacred Heart and Georgia Southern before returning to USC, where she spent three years as a learning specialist with Trojan Athletics.
Prior to her graduation from Bridgeport, Arroyo also spent one season as an assistant coach with the girls’ basketball program at Capital Prep Harbor High School in Bridgeport.
