
Beach Women’s Basketball Releases 2020-21 Schedule

Long Beach State will play a total of 21 games this season
LONG BEACH, Calif. – Following the release of an 18-game Big West Conference schedule, Long Beach State women's basketball has announced that the team will begin the season in December with two non-conference games.
The Beach will open the shortened season on Monday, Dec. 7 hosting William Jessup, an NAIA school located in Rocklin, Calif., at the Walter Pyramid. Long Beach State will then close out the non-conference portion of the schedule at USC on Dec. 22 in Los Angeles, Calif.
The Big West Conference portion of the schedule will see teams play each other on back-to-back days in the same location. Long Beach State kicks off the league schedule versus UC Riverside on Sunday, Dec. 27 and Monday, Dec. 28 at the Walter Pyramid.
Long Beach State's first conference road trip will be at CSU Bakersfield on Friday, Jan. 1 and Saturday, Jan. 2. The Beach will return to the Walter Pyramid to host Cal State Fullerton on Friday, Jan. 8 and Saturday, Jan. 9, before the team heads south to San Diego, Calif., to go up against UC San Diego (Jan. 29 and 30).
The Beach host UC Santa Barbara and UC Davis on back-to-back weekends on February 5 and 6, as well as Feb. 12 and 13, respectively. LBSU will then head up the central coast to San Luis Obispo, Calif., to take on Cal Poly on Feb. 19 and 20.
LBSU will close out the month of February hosting Hawai'i at the Walter Pyramid on Feb. 26 and 27, before wrapping up the regular season at UC Irvine on March 5 and 6.
