Troy Tulowitzki
- Induction:
- 2013
Troy Tulowitzki started at shortstop for three years for the Dirtbags, and made the most of his time at "Shortstop U." A second-team All-Big West selection as a freshman, Tulowitzki then made two first-team All-Big West teams while also earning All-America honors as a junior. Hitting .310 over his career with 20 home runs, Tulowitzki then became the highest LBSU draft pick to that point, drafted No. 7 overall by the Colorado Rockies. Tulowitzki immediately became an impact player in the MLB, earning multiple Gold Glove Awards, Silver Sluggers and making multiple All-Star appearances.
