Played in 1995 and 1996 after transferring from Ohio State...played on the 2000 U.S. Men’s Volleyball Olympic Team...first team All-American in both 1995 and 1996 as selected by the AVCA and Volleyball Magazine...a two-time first team all-conference performer as well...currently ranks #7 on the 49er career kill chart with 1,230 (in just 2 years)...is 11th on the career block chart with 310...tallied 751 kills in 1995, the 3rd-best single season total in 49er history...also had 176 total blocks that year, the 4th-best single season mark...career-high 44 kills vs. UCSB, the 8th-best single game mark for the 49ers...finished with a career hitting percentage of .369, #6 all-time at Long Beach State.
