Played four years of varsity golf at Long Beach State... as a collegiate player she competed in four consecutive AIAW National Championships (1975-79)... competed in the 1982 USGA Women’s Open Championship and the USGA Women’s Amateur Championships in 1977, 1991, 1992, 1995-98... was the Long Beach City Champion in 1977, 1978, 1979, 1990... was the Los Angeles City Champion in 1979 and won the Southern California Masters Championship in 1988, 1990, 1991, 1993 and 1995... competed in the Ladies Professional Golf Association (1981-82) in 24 events... was inducted into the Long Beach City Golf Hall of Fame in 1997... awarded the Women’s Southern California Golf Association’s Distinguished Service Award in 1998... has been the head coach at LBSU since 1997... led 49ers to a 2nd place Big West finish in 2001... has 16 all-conference golfers since 1997.. has been a member of the USGA’s Women’s Committee since 1994 and is a member of the NCAA Regional Advisory Committee... assistant coach at LBSU in 1987-88... graduated from Long Beach State in 1998 with a degree in Physical Education.
