Patty Gasso

Patty Gasso was a standout softball player in the early years of Long Beach State softball, playing for the 49ers during the 1983 and 1984 seasons. Moving into the coaching ranks, Gasso spent four seasons at Long Beach City College before taking the head coaching job at Oklahoma, where she has won over 1,000 games, including winning a pair of national championships and reaching the College World Series eight times.
