Maddox led the 49ers to a pair of conference titles and a 97-30 record as a four-year starter. She was a four-time all-conference selection and a finalist for the Wade Trophy (as the nation's finest women's basketball player) in 1981. Kim sill ranks among the top four performers in all of the key career categories: points (1775), assists (461), field goals (779) and steals (219). A participant in the 1980 and 1984 Olympic trials, Maddox played on the U.S. National Team during its 1978 tour of the Orient. Maddox went on to become a police officer.
