Played from 1976-1980, earning four varsity letters...was drafted in the 4th Round of the 1980 NBA Draft by the Washington Bullets...was an All-American in 1980 for the 49ers...a three-time first team all-league selection (1978-80) and was named to the conference All-Tournament Team three times (1978-80)...led the 49ers in rebounding three straight years (8.8 in 1978, 10.3 in 1979, 9.5 in 1980)...ranks eighth on the 49er career scoring chart with 1,305 points and is the LBSU career leader in rebounds with 896 (7.7 rpg)... his 489 field goals made ranks seventh all-time and his 327 free throws made ranks fourth...holds three of the top 10 single season rebounding marks, including the fourth mark of 324 boards in 1979-80...his .566 field goal percentage in 1979-80 ranks sixth all-time single season...LBSU won the league championship his freshman year and advanced to the NCAA Tournament, while his senior year, the 49ers were 22-12 and went 1-1 in the NIT...prepped at Balboa High School in San Francisco and was the NorCal Player of the Year as a senior.
