Don Anderson

Anderson was the 49ers' first Big Bat in baseball. He culminated a three-year career by setting six school records in 1964, including average (.436) and RBIs (52). His RBI total, in 42 games, led the nation. Anderson played in the minor leagues for the Angels and Reds for 10 seasons. Also a star at Jordan High and Long Beach City College, Anderson led the Mexican League in hitting in 1973.
