Cathy Brennan

Brennan was a double gold medal winner (100-meter backstroke, 400-meter medley relay) at the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo. During her swimming career, Brennan established five world and 10 American records while winning 13 national titles. Chosen the Outstanding Woman Swimmer in the United States in 1965, Brennan was inducted into the Helms Athletic Foundation and Swimming International Halls of Fame. In 1984, she was selected one of the top-200 female athletes of the century.
