Community Service Request
Long Beach State is committed to the community. If you are interested in a Long Beach State student-athlete participating in you event, please fill out the Community Service Form (two weeks prior to the event is preferred). Please know that submitting a form does not guarantee that we will be able to participate in your event. Long Beach State student-athletes are not permitted to participate in or provide memorabilia for fundraising activities or promotion that will directly or indirectly benefit any students(s) in grades 9-12. Also, student-athletes are not permitted to participate in any activities that promote a commercial organization. All requests must be processed and approved by Long Beach State Compliance prior to participation.
