Home to the Long Beach State men's and women's water polo teams, the Ken Lindgren Aquatics Center is an Olympic-sized pool that can be used for water polo or swimming, and also has a diving pool as part of the facility.
Located on campus, the facility also features 500-seats of spectator seating, coaching offices and a meeting room. While an outdoor facility, Long Beach State's water polo teams are able to host both day and night matches at the Ken Lindgren Aquatics Center and practice exclusively outside due to the outstanding weather in the Long Beach area.
The Ken Lindgren Aquatic Center is able to accommodate multiple matches at once, and Long Beach State has hosted various tournaments at the facility. In addition to its use as the home pool for Beach Water Polo, the Ken Lindgren Aquatics Center is also used for Long Beach State swimming classes as well as other licensed swimming and water education classes.
